Servant Wings was thrilled to host Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) and one of their Kodiak Aircraft June 2-3, 2017 at the Pearson Airfield in Vancouver, WA.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the mission of MAF and Servant Wings as well as enjoy a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday morning. Flights in the Kodiak Aircraft were offered to all attendees on both days. John Boyd, President and CEO of MAF, provide an update on the current and future status of MAF.
Everyone that attended had a great experience. This was a particularly good opportunity for our members to plug in and engage in a number of different volunteer opportunities and work along side the folks from MAF and have the opportunity to show case themselves and get to know the folks from MAF better. Our young Pilots were especially thrilled to work along side the MAF Pilots and at the end of the day, get a ride in the Kodiak!
